Per Room Or 5 Bedroom House
The house can be rented either per room, or as the entire house. There are 5 individually lockable bedrooms, which can be configured either with a queen bed or with king singles, just let us know what your requirements are. There are two bathrooms and two toilets (one toilet is outside).
For longer rentals the house is cleaned weekly, bed sheets and towels changed, bathrooms, kitchen and floors cleaned. There is on-site parking for cars, or a short distance away we have secure parking for trucks and machinery – we live at that property and it is patrolled by our dog overnight.
The house has a full kitchen and fridge, so you are able to cook your own meals. However if you’re not the world’s best cook then we can provide home-cooked meals at a reasonable cost, which can be delivered – just ask!
There is an outdoor entertainment area in the rear yard, completely private for afternoon drinks. There are ceiling fans and yellow lights for reduced insect activity.
Travelling with a large group? The Open Plan Unit is on the same block, and adjoins the house – so if you need some extra beds ask us about its availability!
Located within Quilpie, the house is walking distance to the lawn bowls club (great spot for a cold beer and a meal) and walking distance to town – although if you’re shopping at one of the 2 grocers or the butcher you might like to take your car!
The property is strictly NO SMOKING and NO PETS. If you are a worker… please, no boots inside.
Open Plan Unit
The unit is a studio style, open plan space (no separate bedroom), which is at the same location as the house. It is separate, but adjoining to the house. It is currently configured with one queen bed and two singles, but just let us know what your requirements are. The bathroom and toilet are in a shared space with the laundry, although the toilet is in its own room off to the side. There is a shower but no bath.
